FEES: £75.00 full day (10 hours) Morning or afternoon sessions £37.50 per 5 hour session
(reviewed annually in March for April). You will receive an invoice every term. Payments equally 
divided over the months in that term. Government funding is intended to cover the cost of delivering
of 15- or 30-hours quality, flexible early years education & care. It is NOT intended, for example, to 
cover the cost of meals, session consumables contributions, additional hours or enhanced provision.

Our consumables contribution is currently £9 per session (£18 for a full day) this covers our 
enhanced provision, for example, all meals, snacks, mini outings, special visitors, cooking activities, 
gardening/mud kitchen play, Incredible Eggs & Caterpillars experiences, dance & music 
appreciation, gifts for birthday’s, Easter, Christmas, Mothers’/Father’s Day celebrations & much 
more. Our nursery takes great care in the development & wellbeing of our children, we do invest far 
more into ensuring all children have a rich, high-quality early years’ experience throughout their 
time with us beyond the basic EYFS. Consumables are voluntary, if you are unable to meet the 
consumables cost, please speak with the Manager who will advise you of your options & relevant 
policies. 

Fees payable: Per term, in advance due 1st of each month. Fees are divided over each term into the 
months in each term – Autumn (4 months), Spring (3 months) Summer (5 months) Sessions are not 
transferable without a months’ notice. Fees are not payable for: Bank holidays, shutdown weeks, 
Easter, Summer & Christmas. Fees remain payable if your child is absent through sickness or 
holidays taken. We do not accept cheques or cash as a method of payment. 
Failure to pay invoices on time (1st of each month) will incur a £25.00 administration charge. If full 
payment is then not received within a further 5 days, it may result in your child’s place being 
suspended until your account is paid & up to date.
